List of Female Parliamentarians and their Constituencies in Ghana’s 8th Parliament

The life of Ghana’s 8th Parliament of the 4th Republic commenced on January 7, 2021. The house has a four-year mandate which is expected to end on January 6, 2025.

The number of female representations in the 8th Parliament increased by 1 from the 7th parliament.

The 12.75 per cent representation of women in the current parliament falls short of the minimum United Nations recommended threshold of 30 per cent.

Below is the list of female members of the 8th Parliament. They are all from the two major political parties, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
